This 5 week group course playfully guides you through meeting and loving the multiple sides of your personality. Through "Parts Play" and exploring persona, you'll release guilt and shame around your shadow, reveal forbidden or hidden parts of yourself, enjoy freer expression, and learn to wear your identity like your coziest (or sexiest) outfit.
